Company management

LLC is managed by its members unless operating agreement or the articles state that LLC is to be managed by one or more managers.

 

If not otherwise provided in the operating agreement or the articles, voting power is vested in members according to their current capital account balances. No rule stated for manager voting.

·          The registered number of the company (if known);
